Job Title: Assistant to CEO (Work at Home)
Type: Full Time
Requirements:- Fluent English, both written and oral.
- Work hours = M-F 9am - 5pm EST (M-F 10pm-6am Philippines time)
- Quiet area where you can work
- Headset, microphone, and high speed internet connection.
Relevance: This position supports the company’s business plan by doing various administrative tasks including order management, article writing/rewriting, and database maintenance.
Overview: For this position, we are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has good attention to details.
Major responsibilities:
- Order Management - Place orders with vendors and make sure orders get to customers on time. Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Database Management - Add new items and remove old items from product database. Maintain out of stock listings.
- Customer Service - Answer phone, emails, live chat.
- Writing/Editing - Write blog posts. Spin articles
- Other Admin Tasks - Posts articles to various websites. Bookkeeping.
Major requirements:
· Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Internet
Explorer, and general computer skills. HTML and FTP knowledge a plus.
· Must be fluent in English
· Be self-motivated, detail oriented, and take pride in work.
· Knowledge of keyword research, article marketing, blogging, and content sharing sites a plus.

Overview: For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning about web programming and can maintain databases and websites on various platforms. Drupal and Wordpress experience preferred.
Major responsibilities and requirements:
· Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Internet
Explorer, and general computer skills.
· Must be good with English
· Be self-motivated and take pride in work.
· Update and maintain product databases.
· Set up Wordpress websites.
· Learn programming languages and platforms like RTML, Shopsite, and Drupal.
· Knowledge of Drupal, Wordpress, php, javascript, RTML (for Yahoo stores),
Google Optimizer, Shopsite a plus.
· There may be other web related and administrative tasks as time goes along.
